SaveStratford.org is run by a collective of concerned citizens who care about their neighborhoods and the Town of Stratford's environment. One of our primary concerns is the health and safety of our families and friends.

SaveStratford.org was formed as a way to create awareness and distribute information to everyone possible. We feel that everyone needs to be educated on the plans the EPA has for the Raymark waste.  
 
You are impacted whether you live next to one of the contaminated locations, down the road, miles away, or even out of town.  If toxic waste is mishandled or an accident occurs the impact will be felt in all of the surrounding areas.  From contaminated ground water, further contamination to the Housatonic river, further contamination to Long Island Sound, and don't forget the impact of possible hazards in the air our families breathe!!!
